Congregation B'nai Torah -
one of the smallest Conservative congregations in the Northwest. While we maintain strong ties with Temple Beth Hatfiloh (which is unaffiliated) Congregation B'nai Torah is a separate entity which allows us to be affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, from which we draw much support. We offer you a more traditional Jewish religious service in Olympia. B'nai Torah is an egalitarian lay-led congregation devoted to furthering Jewish education and we are inclusive within the boundaries of Halacha (Jewish Law) as accepted by the Conservative Movement of Judaism. Anyone who is Jewish by Conservative standards will count in a minyan and may be called to the Torah. We encourage all of our members to press on to the next level of their Jewish education and observance, including taking an active role in leading services, classes or study groups.
